Wonder why. Does it have something to do with the leasing company being Austrian? I thought the country of origin of the leasing company is used for registration only for wet leases.

I think this is only temporary till the aircraft undergoes pre delivery testing. It is expected to be registered VT-JRA at the time of delivery as per reports.

Can anyone tell me why is it going from Singapore to Toulouse? And why is this the first one (F-WHUG , MSN 585) and not the one posted earlier (F-WZHH, MSN 592)? Is it due to serial number?

This one had been ferried to Singapore for Painting and is now returning to Toulouse for Final checks and tests.

The A350 is a beautiful looking aircraft no doubt. The aircraft with this livery however, reminds me of a tube of Colgate toothpaste

Looking forward to boarding a magnificent Air India A350 on a domestic leg!

Air India's management has yet to finalise the routes for its Airbus A350. According to an official, "the aircraft will initially be deployed to domestic routes for crew familiarisation purposes."

And here come the new uniforms for Air India's crew designed by Manish Malhotra.

Matching with the new aircraft livery. Will be introduced in a phased manner over the next few months starting with the entry of Air India's first Airbus A350 aircraft.
