This is the second time I am spotting this one. Previously around a week back I had seen the same thing at kannur .Over that one there was a label clearly saying " Export to Dubai" . This was spotted at Thrissur in Kerala.

nice find. might be Ashok lelyand. because i had seen LHD low floor buses In pune a year ago. they were meant for Export too.

It should be a AL bus, considering that temp regn plates are TN47. But which models can carry 86+1 - do you think this is a 3+2 seating configuration?

There are always a lot of LHD Tata buses in Mumbai being driven to the docks for export.

As MAXBHP has taken these photos in TN so to me it looks like Ashok Leyland has manufactured these buses

These buses are sold in Dubai under the name of trans. I am not sure about the manufacturer, apart from these buses there are lot of TATA'S and AL'S in Dubai. Dealer for this type of buses are Belhasa, so might be the bh symbol in front of these.

No its not Leyland as far as i know. Jomz can confirm that.

Its not a Leyland or Tata for sure.

In the opening scene of 'Syriana', a group of construction workers get down from a TATA bus .
This is in the middle east.

The above link provides some info regarding these buses

The sticker says its an 85 seater. Didn't know you could put so many seats in a bus.

Such buses are quite common for use as school buses in Dubai.
They employ the 3+2 seating arrangement.
