I believe youa re talking of the pre-production model. The production models have tight finish.

Winger is low floor because it is Front Wheel Drive in which case, I feel ABS is mandatory at least as an option on the top model. Interested ones willt ake it

Its a good model by Tata for sure. It looks upmarket.

But one question here, Winger is too big compared to Innova or Travera or Aria or Xylo. But people carrying capacity is same, 7 only including driver. Then why anyone will buy Winger over others when others are fun to drive? Also others are more fuel efficient than Winger, more stylish from oust side.

I guess Winger should accommodate 10 people with comfort considering its size else no point in buying it for cabbies as well.

Guys Winger is sold through Commercial Vehicle division of Tata Motors and has different showroom then passanger cars.

It is targetted towards BPO / Office Cab and tourist taxi market so all this talk of panel gaps , ABS , Airbags is meaningless in that market.

TML is clearly not targeting personal user market else they would have sold through passenger vehicle showrooms.

The prime competitor seems to be Tempo Traveller , With 3-4 customized versions ( luxary tourist , people mover , office cab) of Winger TML want to capture the Tempo traveler market.

BTW : IMHO panel gap in lingo of auto journos just means I could not find much technical faults but need to sound knowledgeable and a car guru.
This is the precise reason panel gaps are noticed in low priced models but ignored in BMWs and Audis.

I dont think anyone would ever be able to think of buying something like this for primary use. It is a downright mini van. The best thing would be is to buy this and use it as a camper for long picnics and probably have different seating options
