The car is running extremely well without any issues so far.

MSD ignition will land at my place during diwali. Also a recirculating type blow off valve will be fitted in the next week. This will reduce the sound by great extent.Once I get a quantum of reduced sound I will design a long intake with resonator.

Did some trials under controlled way, car is almost hitting all the available digits on the speedo.

Discovered new flaw, belt starts squeaking at top speeds.

Re: DIY: Supercharged Fiat Palio 1.6

Update - installed a recirculation type blow off valve. This does not vent out to atmosphere and redirects the blown out air back to the intake channel.
This helped me reduce the noise at idle and certain lower rpms. The induction noise still remains. Will have to work on designing a intake with resonator boxes to reduce the noise further.

Re: DIY: Supercharged Fiat Palio 1.6

I'm quite curious as to what's been happening to this build. Always had this kind of build on my mind. Ahh, some day when the money and time is right.

Re: DIY: Supercharged Fiat Palio 1.6

Any update about the supercharger project? I also drive a heavily modified Fiat Palio 1.6.
