Thanks,
You can use Heat gun or Oven method, I prefer heat gun as I don’t have oven big enough to bake headlight and IMO it’s much easier. BTW why do want to retrofit projector in SX4, they are available as OEM headlight. You can buy them from internet.

dont mind there's no OEM manufacture for these items ..I know this because i know this

OEM company of these products doesn't sell these products in aftermarket

even philips hid bulbs you are using are not genuine from philips ya but the quality is upto the philips that i can guarantee

Hope you got my point

here's my cars headlight pic,it's not finished just clicke while checking of fitments and other wiring issues

May be you are right That guy had replicas which were identical in terms of look and quality but were 50 to 70 % cheaper. but I know that items I have bought are 100% genuine. Anyways I love your work. Which Projectors are being used? Looks like 2.5 and 3 inch.

it's like argument because i can proof it that the products which are available for retro fitting are not genuine company brands ones they are best quality replicas
these are known to me because i deal with the company who manufacture these products
leave it as it will lead to no point At the end yo are happy with the products..

thanks for the compliment

yes i used 3 inch e55 and 2.5 inch h7 projectors with shield removed

done alot of these retro fitted but as commercially involvement i think i am not suppose to post my work

Yea, I saw those; but whatever I've read they're only available in Japan. Where did you see them being sold off the net? Last I checked was some time ago so maybe things have changed now.

Re: DIY : Bi-Xenon Projector for Hyundai i20

I saw a projector headlamp for Hyundai i20 at Performance zone(Delhi)

They're selling it for 15k(Single projector setup with ballast and everything)

Is it worth the upgrade to projector headlamps?

15k is pretty good for i20. I paid 13k for my Swift projectors with single projector setup (both low and high in one). Since this is including ballast and the HID's, it's a very god deal. I paid 13k just for the projectors. HID's and ballast came around 7k extra.

Re: DIY : Bi-Xenon Projector for Hyundai i20

Hi Guys,
I am waking up this thread after more than 4 years. My i20 CRDI Asta Option with Sunroof is now 5 years 8 months old and has run 1,20,000 kms. The headlight outer shells on the car have become very blur and the reflectors have also become blackish due to use of high wattage bulbs.

With a lot of research on the net I came across this website autogully.in who is selling complete units of projector headlights for old i20 with HID kits and all in a set of new headlamps for Rs. 17,200/- which sounds a good bargain for me.

I want your kind advice on weather its a good setup and should I buy them from the particular website. Kindly advice me on the difference between HID and Xenon.

Thanks in advance.
