Regards,
TG.

I did some photography after a long time. Only used the 50mm F/2 lens.

My new watch. Should have cleaned before shooting, every bit of dust is visible.

The ring the rules them all.

Samurai the one with the ring is nice !!!

Clicking watches are tricky, I tried sometime back with the 18-55. Lots of light reflections and fingerprints and dust show up! Thinking of using a polarizer next time.. Here is one of the better ones

Samurai,

The ring one is nice. Gives a "the lord of the rings" feeling. :)

s0uljah,

One of the ways you could shoot these is by building a light tent. I have tried a couple (not a watch yet as I do not wear one), nothing great but am kinda happy with first time results. Still have to work on seamless backgrounds etc. Here are three pictures (Forgive the dust/scratches on the subject, a bit lazy to clone them out. :D )

:OT Sharath, new & dust don't go together...:)

Come to Bangalore. The dust settles as you have progressed wiping the front of the car to the back :Frustrati

Anirudh, next time try with a higher F-stop, the entire watch face is not in focus.
