Looks like it has gone to waste. Sorry, don't have any other invites as of now.
I experienced the same. BHPian Shomeet shared an invite to me.
When I tried to use it, it showed the "invalid invite code' error to me
After I told this to Shomeet, he tried it and he could add. after that he asked me to try it again. This time I got the 'already used by another account' error.
After calling the customer care numbers of both Oneplus and Amazon, we understood that its gone a waste.
Only options were shomeet ordering it or letting it go.
The cutomer care of Amazon told me that even for shomeet to order there was one more condition.
It was that he should not have ordered the phone previously, since one account can buy only one phone it seems
So unfortunately it went a waste

Re: The Smartphone Invite-Sharing Thread

Saw this hack to jump up the invite queue in one of the OPO2 amazon reviews. Posting here verbatim. (Dear Mods, please delete if against rules of this forum)

Disc: I have not tried it as I am not in the market for this phone. I have the OPO and I absolutely love it.

#############
1) First of all, you need to register in the invite system by a long email with atleast 8 characters. Such as ''iamawesome@gmail.com"
2) After you register on OnePlus.net, open your email account (with which you had registered in the invite system.)
3) There will be a link that will confirm that your Email ID is valid. Click on that link. You will be directed to Oneplus.net.
4) Scroll down and you will see a special link which is below where your position in the queue is mentioned. The code will be somewhat like this -
5) Now here comes the trick. Copy that special link you get and paste it in a new tab. Paste the same link in about 20 tabs. The more tabs you open the more your position in the queue will be bumped up!
6) When the tabs open, it will ask you to enter your email. Use the same email with which you have registered in the invite system.
7) Enter the same email in the box from which you had copied the link. Now, just put a ''." between any two characters of your email id and click ''COUNT ME IN".
8) Now open your 20 tabs and repeat the above mentioned step ( putting the dot). Remember to keep changing the position of the ''.''
9) After you are tired of doing this, open your email account. Your email will be flooded with confirmation links. Be patient and click on each confirmation link.
10) Go back to your inbox. You will receive a successfully sign-up reservation list email. Open the first email and click on the link which you see. Scroll down and you will see that you have jumped the queue by millions.
Open as many tabs as you can and your position can even reach in hundreds!!

But you know what? even after all this, you'r not sure of getting the invite.
We had done all those things that you have mentioned with one of my colleagues' account.
His position was 2000 odd and I had done nothing fro my account and my position was some 220,000.
We both go the invite only yesterday in a matter of hours. Disappointed that he didn't get the invites in the initial period, he had bought a Moto X play.

Re: The Smartphone Invite-Sharing Thread

Probably slightly OT - Though most of us are looking to this tread for a OP2 :

I am not sure if you know this, but quite a few people have experienced heating issues with their phones. One of my colleagues have had to replace it twice. Please make sure you get feedback from known people.

Mods - Please move to appropriate thread if necessary.

That's interesting. The snapdragon 810 used in this ( and several other flagships) is known to have severe heating issues. One plus said that had done something to control/fix it.
