I faced somewhat similar problem intermittently and unable to understand why. Most of the times I do a complete reboot (unplug the STB and replug after few seconds). Another issue that I was facing was that sometimes it used to refuse playing any video stating that HDMI cable is damaged. Again, reboot to rescue. In general it appears there has been an update of Prime video app on the STB and the current STBs provided by Jio are unable to cope with the demands of the app. I have seen the app become laggy and unresponsive on many occasions starting from last month. |
