Need to buy a pocket MP3

Hi friends, please help me out to buy a portable very small mp3 player, for me a 1GB storage capacity will do the job,as my pocket is also not very big.

Any of the mp3 players you guys using kindly post your reviews.
I have locked upon the following:
Apple Ipod Shuffle (old or new model)
Sony S2

Any idea how much will i get these for.

Thanx
Ramie

May I suggest something totally out of the way? I bought this thing today - its a phone, its an organizer, its an mp3 player and its an FM radio. And its no bigger than a large-sized car key!!!!!

Yahoo! Auctions - BRAND NEW i-mobile 310 Music MP3 FM Smallest Phone auction

bidorbuy - bidorbuy Auction 2890624 - I-mobile 310 MP3/Mobile phone **CRAZY** BRAND NEW - Johannesburg - South Africa

Siamphone.com : i-mobile 310 Mobilephone Catalog - äÍâÁºÒÂ

Its also a very hand voice recorder. And did I say it has built-in memory of 128 mb (which is more than your Nokia 9300 communicator!!!) and expandable upto 1 GB?

And yes it has bluetooth.

Its so much fun!

Get either a Creative Nano Plus 1GB, or the transcend. I almost picked up the transcend, but then selected creative because transcend uses a propritery USB cable. I lose things. So if I lose my creative cable I just have to spend, 30Rs., and buy a new one, and USB cables(standard) are lying dime a dozen, but transcend with its proprietary cable thing is a headache, lose it and you are toast!

I got it for 70$ in the US.
It has all the feature of the transcend(excluding image viewer).
You can check out the website for all the bells and whistles.
Don't know about india price, but should be around 4000 Rs.

If your spending that much you might as well get the new Ipod Shuffle. I bought one for my mom and im really happy with it. Its got excellent battery life, is well designed, well built, good sound and really easy to use. Cant think of too much wrong with it. Plus it will be really easy for you to use with your ice as you can jsut clip it on the cloth which surrounds the gear lever.

OK I pay similar amount and I get something which
1. Does not have a screen, so until the song starts I don't know which one it is
2. Comes with a proprietary batter, instead of the AAA which creative uses(expensive replacement)
3. Does not have Radio, hence no FM recording too
4. Does not have line in recording
5. Does not have voice recorder

I am stickler for VFM, and shuffle does not give me any add-on value. Other mp3 players with similar feature list as shuffle cost 40-50$.

This comes with a standard 3.5 in jack so you could connect it to a cassette adapter.
