Will the price drop even further?

I do not think it is going to drop any further as it is just around US $300 mark now. I am surprised that is it officially this cheap now.

I'll try to wait then. I just hope this doesn't get priced high again. And surprisingly, yes! Initially even I thought maybe this deal is going on in online shopping sites but later got to know local shops are also selling this at prices as low as 23k. I remember reading a newspaper article today that Apple is trying to enter the budget area giving Samsung a tough competition which has so many budget smartphones. This is the 3rd price drop of Iphone 5s this year if I'm not wrong.

There is a rumour about Apple
launching 4inch phone in Q1 next year, so that may be another reason for this price drop. Not sure though

Any suggestions for tempered glass and cases for 5s? Already my case has taken a beating and is broken on the edge, but its still usable.

I was asked not to use tempered glass as well. But, I drop my stuff a lot and tempered glass was a must. Bought one from online and Voila! None of the 3D Touch features work. Still using it though.

I too bought the MTT tempered glass and 3D touch is working just fine.

Upgraded to iOS 9.2 and VOILA!! Big Christmas gift from Apple - USB file transfer photos and videos like a USB device!!!

Now my phone feels like a free bird! Hope they do the same thing for music files and my playlists some day.

You could transfer photos from the iPhone to a pc/iPad but not like USB. This will now allow transfer both ways. So you can import photos from a camera to an iPhone using a camera connection adapter. Earlier it was limited only to the iPad. Yet to update my ipod to 9.2. I'll do it and test my camera adaptor and see if it works.
