Did you try with a different SIM? I have witnessed this issue during the recent chennai floods and my iphone 6 plus was not getting tower while my wifes 4s seemed to be working fine, both on airtel. Also noticed that 3G/4G seems to be weaker than 2G for voice, atleast in Chennai. So I typically sent it to 2G and when I need to use data is when I turn on LTE. |

Its been quite sometime that I have got Airtel LTE on my iPhone 6. Dont remember from when exactly. I had assumed that LTE was not available. Yesterday, I noticed that a person next to be had Airtel LTE signal on his phone whereas I had only got 3G. Tried restarting but did not give any positive result. Should I contact airtel once? I am paying for 4G/3G data. |

I am on 9.2, iphone 6s. I just tried writing a sms to one contact, then left it half way and wrote another sms to other contact leaving it half written. came out of sms app. again visited sms app and checked these half left sms for both contacts and they were there only. i could continue writing from where i left. hope i explained and not misunderstood your requirement. |

Were you on Airtel or partner network? Have never faced such connectivity issue, though 2G is a great way to boost battery drain.. |

Look for a cheaper 3rd party service. The battery costs roughly 7-800 rupees, and for someone eho has the right tools, takes about 5 minutes to open up and replace |

Check out battery replacement kits on eBay. For about 8-900 bucks you get all the tools+ battery. Might look tricky to open, but if you follow online instructions, it's easy to do DIY. |
