Did consider that too but the front cam is same as Moto G3 so thought of Honor 6X and the family is filled with Moto's starting with the Moto G to G4+. Moreover after CITI cashback Honor 6X is just ₹11050 which makes it super VFM. Am I missing something here? :what:
Guys I am selling off my Redmi Note 4. I just dont use it anymore and its lying around so decided to get rid of it. Can you guys help me with what all I need to do before selling it to an unknown buyer in Quickr. I am not a regular Android user so I am not sure if I reset my phone i delete all the data. Is there any way the user can retreat my photos, contacts etc.??

Can you please let us know why the Redmi Note 4 is unused? Have you upgraded or is the phone useless?

My primary phone is an iPhone. I have only good things to say about this phone. Bought it as a backup but I hardly use it.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask but it's regarding 3 commonly used Apps; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. From what I understand Twitter is primarily to post dome kind of statement and Instagram is to post a photo. A lot of people do that and then share it to facebook. Now you can do these 2 tasks directly on facebook. So whats the logic behind posting on Twitter and Instagram and then sharing to Facebook.

Well honestly speaking, I don't really see the logic behind using any of the three apps.
:D
Deleted the FB account long time back, rarely use Twitter, never bothered with Instagram.

The point of all social networking is grabbing attention, so better hawk yourself out on as many as possible hoping someone somewhere would notice?
Guys, Redmi Note 4 (64GB) was easily available in the flipkart midnight sale just a while back. I picked the Black one as my Redmi Note 3 is always running out of space.
2 Questions :
Has Xiaomi post-sale support improved ?
Has the hype died down / Is there a better device for similar price ?

Just that their production is much more, nearly doubled. And Flipkart has said that this sale is much larger. And also there have been many sales already, so people have bought the phone and thus allowing more people to get it.
Congrats! It looks stunning in black

Cancelled Honor 6X and went with Oppo F1S from FK. Price came down to ₹10600 after exchange and HDFC discount.
My wife is considering an upgrade to Moto Z Play. Are there any bad feedback about this phone? She's coming from Moto G3 and loves Motorola's unmodified Android look and feel.
Is Flipkart the only e-tailer that is allowed to sell the Z Play?

The moto z play is not much better than the new G5 Plus.
For 9k more, you get a 15% bigger battery, slightly superior display technology, and access to the moto mods.
If moto mods dont interest you, id suggest stepping down and saving your money.
Z Play is also available on amazon, and should be available on others too.

9K more takes it into economic territories where no man in my clan has gone before. Z Play also has mods, doesn't it?
Any idea which B&M retailers in Bangalore stock the Z Play?
And - no major issues with the Z Play, are there?

I was probably not able to explain well enough. The Z play is the expensive model at 25k. The mods are pretty expensive and dont make a lot of sense.
The Moto G5 plus is currently priced at 16k for the 32GB model.I was outlining the benefit you get by spending more money. My conclusion/opinion is that, the Z play is not worth the premium.
The G5 plus is a newer device, so should receive updates/support for longer.
No major issues, minor niggles exist for every device, in a way or the other.
Coming to the last question, i cannot answer it since I am based in Pune. Try getting phone numbers off google/justdial and give them a call?
The G5 plus is a flipkart exclusive device.
Moto G5 plus over the Z play:
+ good camera (better than Z play)
+ 1GB more RAM over Z play
+ compact size vs the Z play
Moto Z play over the G5 plus:
+ better AMOLED display
+ better battery life as bigger battery with similar processor
+ more premium feel and slimmer
Take your pick. Right now with the FK sale, G5 plus is 14,499 with HDFC cashback and Z play is 21.5K with HDFC cashback.
