Re: Which Smartphone OS do you use?

A 'checkbox' poll would have been better? Am sure some of us use or have phones running on different platforms at home.

Re: Which Smartphone OS do you use?

Android all the way. Integration with google apps and using custom ROMs makes it the best choice for me.

Old Poll Deleted : PLEASE VOTE AGAIN. Added a multiple-choice poll, as Shuvc & Tathagat recommended.

Moved from a dumb phone to an Android Samsung Galaxy S 6 months ago. Loving it especially the custom ROMs.

Re: Which Smartphone OS do you use?

Believe it or not am still using my nokia e51, mainly due to the fact that it has an application which is not available for download anymore. So just for that one app am hanging on to the phone.

Then started using the blackberry 9700. While its a good phone for communication viz email and instant messaging. Browsing leaves a lot to be desired. As well as the high costs of the blackberry internet service. So have stuck to the 299 im and email plan only.

After having these two phones was still left without a good browsing experience. So had to buy another. Zeroed in on the htc desire. But it was not launched officially till then. So the mobile store guy kind of egged me on into buying the samsung galaxy s.

Have been happy with it so far. Good browsing experience and only costs 98 for 2gb of downloading. So very cost effective. Have been using this phone to access t-bhp while here in kolkata and it works like a charm. Loads up just like on the desktop. Infact even typing this using the galaxy s right now.

Well there you have it. My mobile phone setup. And mini review.
Drive safe! Dont use your mobile while driving!
