Wanted Car For 1,00,000/-

I realised i ve been ignoring the sierra. SO nexia is out and sierra is in. I saw two cars yday.
1) 99 sierra turbo; clocked 2.63l km ; no accidents; total repaint; interiors horrible; no mods, for 1.75(negotiable).
2) 96 sierra; with sterio; and alloys selling for 90k.
Which do you think is a better deal?
how does sierra behave after 2l km, does it need an engine over haul.
IS the price right?

I Had sold my 96 sierra with cd player and without mags for 80K 7 months back.
if the engine over haul was not done on the car before then you might have to get it done...
i think now 75K is a good price...
