I have had no serious issues with TVM TVS service for my 2001 Siena.
One Mr Kumar there has been very co-operative and friendly. Occasionally I have had to wait for a spare to be ordered from Mumbai (my silencer/exhaust needed replacement). I generally go into the workshop bay and have a chat with the mechanic about the car's problems and have had them sorted out quickly, usually in a day's time.

Supporting gkrishk. I am getting good service from Mr Kumar of TVS Trivandrum from 2002. Once I had to approach TVS Ernakulam for an accident repair since that happened at Kottayam and I didnt want to drive with a broken rear glass till Trivandrm. Again very good service by Mr Anil and helped a lot to get full amount claimed from insurance.

Whenasked has got a great deal. And TVS tvpm is not so bad with servicing fiat as many fiat owners still prefer them.

I agree with you all...kumarannan as he is called in TVS, is of great help..the mechanics there do a great job too...

I have given my car for a complete paint job there...hoping to get it back this weekend...decided to stay with my alloys itself....cant make up my mind to part with them.

Re: Palio Service Cochin/Trivandrum

Whats the word on Concorde at Maradu in Cochin? I am driving down to Cochin in a week and my service is due. Concorde is just a walk away from my house so it will be super convenient if the service can be done there. I can get the car serviced in Bangalore, its just that the trip to the service center is a complete de tour from my work spot and I loose half a day by just dropping the car off and getting back to work.

When I recently serviced my Palio MJD at RF motors, Edapally they told me that they would become TATA exclusive starting next financial year (April 2013).
Need to start looking for a good alternative. Though Concorde is a but far from my place, I would also like some feedback.

Concorde will also likely become a Tata exclusive dealer. Hyson Motors is reportedly starting Fiat exclusive showroom and service centre at Cochin, somewhere on NH bypass near Maradu. My experience with Hyson at Thrissur (for my Punto) has been positive.
