It is better because they have some standards and morals and are not prepared to take any nonsense. Either from their employees or from the company.

but when a company starts acting arrogant, the dealer tells the company to buzz off.

That is exactly what happened both times.

I guess at Bannerghatta road opp IIM-B; they were having a dealership for HM earlier at that place.

You mean to say that the American Car manufacturers are arrogant? They are not even selling enough compared to their Jap/Korean counterparts. Even then these guys are acting like this means it is strange...

Benny if Lathangi has the same service people as before and maintains the same service standards, you really won't have much issues.

shucks man, I was planning to check out Cauvery Ford based on the feedback from fellow bhpians and my friends. looks like I will have to stick to Metro :(

I dont know about the last day. You can call them up and find out for yourself.

I have a service appointment for my car with them tomorrow morning. Just called up and confirmed the same. When i enquired about them closing down, there was silence from the other end, and was informed it wouldnt be immediate. Said they didnt have any further details.

The ad for the Fiesta in today's TOI had Lathangi Ford mentioned as among the dealers, with the address provided. Has anyone tried out Lathangi for servicing?
