Precisely. You'll need to mount pressure substantially from all corners on the key pressure points. Else Convicing on cause of fault & Getting the work done would be a challenge

There is something seriously wrong. Even weeks after writing to Honda they have not set things right. In the case of another Accord belonging to a member from Rajasthan they did manage to provide a solution within a decent time-frame.

I suggest that you write a reply to Honda pointing out that you nver got the letter allegedly written by their dealer.

Cheers,

It seems you have a grudge on Honda, NARAYAN. All your posts are to that effect.

Honda's A.S.S has always been rated as average/passable. Check reviews of any of their cars on TBHP's main page. A few recent threads actually showed them actually giving a damn - an improvement! Anyway, I'll let you continue your crusade.

Good luck with your issue manveet.

After some very blatant lies by Courtesy Honda and some very substandard approach, my Father has taken this into his own hands.

Some interaction is taking place, will update on the same by tonight.

p.s.
perhaps Narayan is a Honda owner and his frustration stems from there. Sorry to say, but as per developments over the past few weeks, Honda can add me to their list of disgruntled customers as well.

He seems to drive a Formula car :o

(j/k - it says Honda City on his profile).

I've never been too impressed with my A.S.S experience either. But they are yet to make me angry. All my problems were with a fender repaint incident which was contracted outside. They redid the paintjob to my satisfaction for free when their in-house equipment arrived. But they aren't really up there with Toyota or BMW when it comes to taking care of their customers. They take care of the cars all right though.

My apologies for not updating this thread.

Courtesy Honda has replaced/fixed everything free of cost, including lights on the stereo display, dashboard etc. It's back to it's initial condition of no problems.

There's a new glitch though, they forgot to connect the front speakers. But guess that's too trivial to complain about .. all's well that ends well.

Cheers for you support and patient reading.

That's excellent news --- but the whole incident must still leave a bad taste.

Good news Manveet - i am sure a lot of man hours went from your side to get this done at HONDA

Immortalz - i drive a OHC - 2001 model. the pic u see me was taken in Malaysia when i went for some formula program sponsored by michelin..
as for the grudge against HONDA - i prefer to call it my view on what their service/attitude is all about rather than any grudge per se.
i admire their cars - my 8 yr old car feels like a 2-3 yr old car but then thats in no measure due to their A.S.S.
