ICICI Lombard having online renewal and house keeping for your insurance. But I had a problem last time when I tried to renew my insurance through online and the server was not responding well(I was in korea that time). There was no reply for my calls to the customer care, ultimately the insurance expired( and my friends were using the vehicle in inda the time  ).

Once i came back India, went to one of the center in Noida and screwed them really hard to get it done. :Frustrati

My friend is having Bajaj Allience and I think that is the best in terms of claims and cust support. Edit: And they have online renewal too...

Thanks..hot chilly i did checked the Bajaj Allianz website, seems to be very userfriendly with relevant information. But need to experience the same. Do you have any friends who have their motor insurance with BA

Anyone using Bajaj Allianz here in T-Bhp? Howz there service? I'm planning to shift from Royal Sundaram.

My car is insured with Bajaj Allianz. Had a really good experience when getting a cashless claim from them through my dealer with whom they have a tie-up. Even at the time of insurance renewal, they sent along an agent to collect the cheque, while the renewed insurance papers reached me within the next 3 days via courier.

I would rate them pretty high.

Have been insured with Royal Sundaram past 4 years, pretty happy with their Service esp Cashless claims.

Any feedback on Tata AIG?

Very happy with Tata-AIG; all my cars are registered with them. Ran a cashless-claim once with zero effort.

Even Reliance is good from my one experience with them in Oct 2007. Insurance was cashless, in and out of workshop in 30 mins., in and out for delivery after repair also in 30 mins.

I was with ICICI, but now with Bajaj Allianz - for the last two year and has 3 insurance claims so far. No problems faced. I would rate them high.

Royal Sundaram - One claim experience. Good so far.

I've got letters from Bajaj Alliance, Tata AIG reminding me that my insurance is due though I have insurance with Royal Sundaram. Their letter reached me only yesterday. :-)

In a dilemma in deciding which one to take.

My Innova insured with Bajaj Allianz, I know people there :) They give pretty good discounts and Ravindu toyota suggests them as well.

According to me If we stick to one service station then go with the insurance company they recommand for cashless and smooth claim.

The claim totally depends on the damage and situation.

Private companies have userfriendly environment where as governement based have their own rules and strategies, thats what I can see with my past experiences.

If someone need help in bajaj allianz i can try to help :)

Regards,

Ravi.

I normally switch to Third Party with Fire & Theft after the car is a couple of years old. Costs about half of the comprehensive. Only 'sarkari' cos provide it, and that too when forced.

Before selling a car I take the NCB certificate, and put the car on a fresh policy. This way I transfer my NCB to the new car (there is no problem in that the new car will be fully comp).

With comprehensive rates now slated to come down things may change, and I may stick to comp longer.
