| ![]() So effectively they have phased out the 320i? Any idea on the pricing of the 328? Makes sense to retain the mainstay diesel, but what about the guys who want an entry level petrol worth its price?! |

| ![]() Hello, I can assure you the 3 range is going to be extremely wide this time in India, hard to give you specific time lines but do read some other posts where a lot of information exists, But for now the only assured launch models I know are 320d and 320i, I'm sure others can share better info but this is all I know of at launch. The higher and lower models will come later as they will need to counter act with all the others will throw at them, Regards, |

| ![]() I like the looks of the new 3. Sirish was going ga-ga over this car in the review, calling it an all-round better car than the outgoing 3. I hope BMW has really improved the space at the rear (increased rear legroom/headroom was mentioned in the Overdrive review posted in this thread). I had checked out the outgoing 3 sometime before I bought my car and lack of space at the rear was a deal-breaker (apart from the obvious lack of cash ![]() No offence, but this did bring a smile to my lips! |

| ![]() Great find MadMonkey! Overall i like it, though the sloping hood (ala Z4) might take a little getting used to. Notice the lip on the front bumper too, it is somewhat of an aggressive front end. Quote:

Unfortunately thats the case with pretty much all stock yards. The good part is that car paint is so resilient, that once these are dusted off and washed - they'll look spankin' clean. cya R

BHPian ![]() | ![]() I really like this 3, a huge leap over the last one and looks generations ahead of the competition. See these chic key fobs, wish they launch these for the 5er too. other detailed pics can be seen here ! - 2012 BMW 3-Series (F30) - Photos |

I'm glad MADMONKEY started from where I left in my thread http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian...ide-ports.html The cars are driven from Car Carriers ships to this yard & one should surely watch the drivers who are usually in their "GUNJIEES" (Vests) driving these beauties off/on ships. I had stopped posting such photos due to recent crackdown on use of unauthorised camera inside port limits. MADMONKEY should be carful next time. Raab Rakha, Sonu P.S.: MADMONKEY: What brought you to port? If you are regular than lets meet up sometime. Drop me PM.

| ![]() 6 short commercials that preview 6 different features on the 3. BMW releases six mildly funny 3-Series promos - one for Super Bowl XLVI [videos] I am quite curious of the hands-free boot-lid opener. The woman only seems to slide her foot under the rear bumper to open the lid. Is this something which is unique to the 3 / BMW or are there other manufacturers which offer a similar feature, maybe with a different gesture to open the trunk ? |
