Perhaps we could get one for Team-BHP as a whole.
That ways we could get the latest updates on car sales from the official source.

what I am interested in is the sales figs for the first Quarter 2006.

Obviously the Palio, its superior to all the cars on the poll.

I didnt give a damn whether Fiat was doing good or not and the rumours of it closing down, when I was deciding to buy the car. Everybody was against me buying the car but what the heck, I went ahead and I dont regret it one bit.

The only other car which comes close is the Swift. But its a Japanese car whereas the Palio is Italian. They are built so differently. The Palio is built like a tank and lasts ages. The swift is built to a price. Getz is Korean, enough said and the Indica still has a long way to catch up!

I guess TATA have stolen all the airbags from the Palio 1.6 and installed them on the City Rover

Butttttttttttt on a serious note i guess Air Bags and ABS are not there any more in the Palio where they really should have been as the segment has it.

Its gotta b Palio

It has to be a Palio for me may it be a 1.2 or 1.6..just does not matter...

Scores heavily on handling, engine, space, looks (exterior, ofcourse).
The FE and interiors are okish but overall a great great car...assuming the After SS will improve with TATA in the picture now or as many of the posts suggest..has already improved...

No match to the Palio

I have always loved Palio since its launch - Nov. 2001 and wanted to buy it. Trust me this is the only car (atleast my perspective) which straight away attracts you at first glance whereas others take time and gradually grow on you.

The love is not only confined physically but also what Palio offers beneath the skin.

As of now i have bought AVEO and love my decision but repent not going for my first love.

No worries i am very sure that my next car would be from FIAT INDIA stable.

The problem with Palio / Petra is they are like orphans.

One interesting thing i would like to share that there are few car dealers who without any fuss claim that FIAT cars are the best overall and had they been with lets say GM / Maruti etc they would have shown results in our market too. These were my GM dealer's words from where i bought my Aveo.

So you may say that i am one of those who recommends FIAT but hasnt bought one but i still miss it and will fulfill my dream to own a FIAT in the near future.

Palio 1.6 is my choice in this poll.

Hail FIAT INDIA.

@ anarchist.....

You are asking for the numbers of palios sold till date and comparing it with MUL products....

Will you buy crap just for sake of other ppl r buying it?? Is safetly listed on ur list or its just the FE and sales numbers?? Swift is the only MUL product which at least stand in safety list... Rest everything from MUL is crap. We ppl look at 2-3-4 L but not safety... Do you think today's MUL products will stand in market if we apply Euro NCAP or equvalent safety measures???

Cheers
Palio 1.2 NV Sport/My own castle...... N IT ROCKS!!!

Has Palio got a Euro NCAP Rating. I couldn't locate any URL. Can someone help me find an article with the Euro NCAP Rating for Palio.
