I travel anywhere between 30000kms-35000kms per year, this includes my daily office commute and leisure drives on weekends, plus visits to sasuraal ( in-laws place ) which is in Dehradun.

If I take an average for the last 20 years for all my drives (I assume 'rides' are excluded ! ), it would work out to around 15K per month but if I take an average of the last 5 years, it works out to around 20K per month.

472,000 kms in the last 10 years, that makes it 47,000 kms a year.

My palio is going to be 2 years old next month. Odo is at 15K now, should be ~8K per year.

How do you do this? 50K per year! It takes 5-7 years for me to meet that goal!

Voted for 20-30k km.

I have zero commuting because my office is 600 metres away from home and I walk to work.

I have still done a little over 20,000 km in the first year and 31,000 km in 18 months of ownership of my car. With my bike I was doing 12,000 km in a year.

The bulk of my driving is for work related site visits (despite no commuting), ferrying family members around, driving with my girlfriend and the 1000-2000 km holiday every weekend.

Office commute itself is 80 kms in total everyday .
Then comes the highway trips and driving just for the feel of driving .
Overall it is around 3500-4000 kms every month which makes it 45000 kms every year .
I wish i could drive more I so so love it.

Now down to about 1200 - 1400 kms a month. Pretty much on my desk 6 days a week, its only the weekends + driving holidays that bring in the miles.

Between my two cars I do about 1800 - 2000 kms per month.
About 1800 in the Swift - daily drive.
About 200 in the Fiat - sunday morning classic car drive.
