No. The struts would account for about 1 litre .. may be 2.

What the struts do is free up the entire boot for luggage. In boots which use the traditional hinge, we need to leave space for the hinge so that the boot lid can close.

Brilliant show by Tata Motors, keep up the spirits for thriving continuously on improvements.

After viewing most of the cars displayed in the mini-suv category, existing and new, the Tata Nexon still looks very good inside and out. Also interesting to note that it will be available in second half of 2016, as per the update here, from the Expo.

The Kite 5 is also looking swell and is a nicely done design. Has none of the design quirkiness or soreness we typically 'accept' with sub- 4meter cars.

What do we think the Nexon is likely to be priced, to appeal and be successful? :) It's a lovely car with suitable engine and design. I just wishes Tata showed some more body color combinations that it may launch with.

A sunroof or Panaromic sunroof would have sealed the deal for this mini-suv. Already looks to be of very high class and quality.

Well done Tata. Really! :thumbs up

Any update on this truck from Tata ?

From the pics and reviews of the Kite 5 I've seen till now I think it's one of the most beautiful and appealing car from Tata I've seen in a very very long time. Being the parent company of Jaguar I am glad their design engineers are taking styling queues from them and providing it to the aam aadmi cars :).

That rear looks wonderful isn't it.

TATA Nexon surely has a good look even better than Vitara Brezza and well might become a segment standard in terms of design. Hope they provide better engine options - the Revotron has to be tuned better than the current one in Zest, also let's hope price it well.

I have a doubt how they will manage Kite 5, since Zest is already present in the same segment which is already overcrowded with the recent launches and upcoming launches planned.

Hexa looks better than Aria in terms of design and hope it carries all the good things from Aria and improve upon the negatives. Also they have to price it sensibly, not to repeat which happened with Aria.

BTW, anyone knows the details of engine and performance figures of Bolt Sport.

OT. In that video please navigate to 2:43. Do you see the guy holding a camera and wearing a familiar Team-BHP hoodie.:D:D

Surprised to note that no Safari Storm on the showcase. Wonder why TATA didn't showcase their new Storme Varicor 400? Any guesses friends for such an omission?

Probably turning over a new leaf and forgetting the older products. There was no Safari and just a lone Zest along with the Bolt Sport.

The focus was on the Hexa, Nexon, Zica and Kite5. Perhaps to indicate moving on from the past.

That's much more visible at 2:44 & 2:45. Took quite some time to find though. May we know who's the other guy who unknowingly invaded into the PowerDrift territory?!

Just got this from a member now. Te Storme was outside and on the public days they did have a Nano.

As a shareholder of Tata Motors, I am happy to see the excellent efforts put forth by Tata Motors. :thumbs up Hope, their efforts pay dividends in the coming years to Tata Motors and their shareholders! :) I wish, Hexa, Nexon and Kite 5 sedan become blockbusters in their respective categories and would not follow Aria and Bolt.

Superb show by Tata. Kite sedan is awesome, looks way more premium than the Zest and all other compact sedans, inside out! Nexon is also hot. Mind blowing interiors; exterior looks a bit overdone, especially the rear looks like a DC Avanti job.
