Thanks Gudda,

It looks like Team-BHP is disappointed in with X1 so no discussion going on. Is it because media didn't bother about it?

But we are not media suvvy anyway. We are yet to get our own pics. The Center console curve is like one in Civic. Is it Digital? . I was waiting all these days for this lanuch. Any one can guess it as Indica from any angle. Why did they choose to play safe? How can they think to play safe when Indica sales is declining every month. Quadrajet and Headlamps are attractive.
Can we expect the lanuch by March?

Aha, there is the center console, similar to Nano. I think they are making it easier to customize for export market, "ambi-drive" design for dash and associated electronics.

Why do i feel Nano has better interiors? This is supposed to be 4 times costlier than Nano, but doesnt feel so.

Space seems better than competition though!

Yes, the space seems pretty good. I have a feeling that the interiors may look much better than what it appears to be from this pic. The dual coloured scheme looks different.

I think when you'll sit in the new Indica one will be better able to appreciate the quality of materials and the general interior ambience, not to mention refinement. (Not that I've had this pleasure yet).
Amateur pictures under show lights only tell so much, I have no doubt that this Indica is match for the Getz, the i20 is another matter altogether.

PS: The T-design of the steering wheel seems like the only weak point...the materials and quality are very likely best in class.

EDIT: I don't see a dead paddle next to clutch to rest the foot....oh Tata.

The steering still appears to be a bit high, tilt steering option would do wonders. Although the height of the dash is lowered, so that will aid in giving a better view of the road ahead. The current indica's dash is higher and anyone on the south-side of 5'5" would find it very obstructive.

What is this thing on the new Indica? Looks like an AC vent??

All said, IM sure this is a winner. Now the other diesel hatchbacks can watch out. The all-new Indica is here. Kudos to TATA for another nice looking car
