Can any body help me ,how much 3344 cost in Hyderabad or RR region .if we go for auctions what will be the right price for that number .

In Rajasthan...We have a similar system as described by Navpreet for DDun.


All 'Choice' Numbers are for Rs. 5000/- This would include any number that you wish to register OUT OF TURN.

Numbers b/w 1 and 10 are auctioned officially and you do get a RTO slip upon winning auction. These numbers may be awarded without auction for a set sum anywhere b/w 11,000 - 50,000 based on RTO's discretion and demand for specific numbers.

If 2 or more individuals require same number, It goes into auction regardless of its original value. I have seen numbers like '2425' go for 35,000 because rival politicians were in tussle.

I guess similar practices must be adopted by most RTO across the country, atleast on paper

Any idea how much for the no. 420? I think the RTO will pay you to take this number.

420 being a fancy number may be on wishlist for many a people. You never know, It is a matter of choice.

Though, RTO usually blacklists certain controversial number in 'public interest' and may be the case with this number.
