I have a feeling that the current version will get an update, but not sure about a crossover version though. You can expect more equipment out of the current car. And it maruti is serious, then we can also hope for the 1.6JTD too.

I highly doubt if MSIL will bring the SX4 cross-over in its current Avatar. With fiat deciding to go the crossover way with the new 500x, Suzuki or MSIL may get a crossover based on that platform.

According to Autocar UK, this is the vehicle that will replace the current SEDICI (SX4). This is based on the 500 and has been named the 500X Crossover.
Whether the management of FIAT India brings this to our shores remains the million euro question though !

If launched and priced reasonably, this could change the game for Fiat India
