Vow ! Cherry and the art of copying. You know what the Chinese are good at. Copying a good original design and making a real crappy vehicle from it ! I hope these vehicles go back to where they came from never to return again.

Cherry, the name itself doesnt suit a car in my opinion and Chinese Cherry Yuck..!!
And like the others have mentioned, their quality seem like its great shakes either.
Lastly, thanks to you and your friend for posting these scoops and letting all of us know.

IMHO, this is going to go the same way as chinese bikes which came in few years ago and now vanished without a trace.
Carmaking is an art which i think no company can learn while selling its products to a market which was closed for a long time and the company has no R&D of its own.
but I may be wrong.

I got a picture of a Chery T5 here. God man, these guys are good(at copying that is).
This looks almost like a Nissan Murano/Rogue.Can't really say which one because I can't make out the size.

To be fair, Some reasonably positive ones from those with low expectations.

I am not sure whether this company will make it here due to the ongoing relationship with China. They may not provide license to these manufactures.

IMO: I will never buy a Chinese product because of their nature in occupying Indian Lands.

Our governments are supporting this. Best's KingLongs((and many other states are considering these)), DTC's AL LowFloor buses. If so many people are against chinese products, how come the government buy these Chinese buses and nobody complains about it? Will China allow TATAs and AL to setup shop there?

+1 to that.

Our Govt. will not let go the opportunity to fill their pockets allowing Chinese to sell their cars like they are selling any other fakes here in India. But we can definitely make a difference by not buying Chinese cars atleast!!
