CR-V - '0' units and Outlander 27 Units? Looks Outlander is slowly picking up. Good to know.

Also 1008 nos for Fiat. This is another disappointing story. Linea itself use to sell 1000 Nos and now even with Punto the total number is just 1k. That is really bad
I do not think honda is really interested in doing anything about the jazz...its just a bad decision they need to live with looks like
As for FIAT- i had predicted in my post on Oct Sales...PUNTO is going to get killed..i did receive some comments from FIAT lovers...but clearly the initial hype now over- Linea and Punto are getting severely hit by the "dont care" attitude of FIAT
I still say- unless they get their act together ONCE VW POLO and Ford Figo are launched- Punto's india story may well get over before it even started...

That's a good jump for CRV from 0 to 47, but look at Jazz and Civic - wake up Honda.

With due respect I would like to differ here. I own WagonR since 4 1/2 years and I also have i10 era and i10 auto in my garage. Seating position and steering is spot on on WagonR. Apart from that on every other parameter i10 is miles ahead of WagonR.

I think the fiat sale is down due the upgrade they are doing in the production.
Honda sales seems to reducing from month to month ,even the City has sold less 600 cars less compared to nov.so Honda must wake up in their pricing strategy.

Sorry for being pedantic, but the SIAM website quoted the total number of Passenger Vehicles sold in '09 at 1,551,880 domestic. Are your figures inclusive of those exported.

Your excel adds to 1675336,

Thats an over reporting of 123456 vehicles excluding your December figures since they were incomplete as in they don't contain all brands. The Total of Passenger cars exported is 335739. So if your sales figures consist of exported as well then your more or less accurate.

I may be wrong but it was just something I spotted. Apologies in advance for any errors on my side.

Great work, how did you get those figures, I've been trying but it's not the easiest.

I am also attaching the excel of the Dump and this is link from which I got the data. Domestic Sales Trend :: SIAM
Export Trend :: SIAM

The figures in the spreadsheet are indicative and unauthenticated, as they have been compiled from various disparate sources.

FIAT doing 1008 nos including Linea and Punto in Dec 2009

I earlier thought it would be good to see Honda perpirating if Jazz numbers go down to under 300. Now I want to see Jazz in 2 digits.
