The Prima is one hell of an effort. Its better equipped than almost all cars under ten lakhs.

It has

1. Projector headlamps

2. Electric seats

3. adjustable steering

4. multi-function steering

5. audio system with CD

6. multi-information display

7. innumerable storage spots

8. Pneumatic seats

9. Keyless entry(!)

Currently they are offering 200 variants (different GVWs, Cabs, Applications) in the range. Once fully developed it will cross 1000!

Vista S
Absolute stunner. I always thought why Tata can't make good looking cars. This is the answer.
Tata should launch this at least as a special edition with sport tuned suspension and more powerful engine.

The people mover looks superb...just like a micro-bus , if I may say so. The trucks are awesome. They do remind me of a thread in which a Mercedes truck was featured photographed inside the Chakan Plant of Mercedes. The dash and other stuff in the world truck cabin is a close resemblance.
Thanks for the awesome photos.

I want a truck... Do they have a mini version that I can drive with my LMV license?

The Vista Concept S looks a total killer and I am seriously proud of my own Vista knowing that it could actually end up looking like this, if a body kit comes up. However, yes, the rear does disappoint. It looks like it just ended for no reason. Maybe they should have done a Concept S on the Manza.

The Prima radiator grille is oh so inspired by the Jaguar. I read elsewhere that the Aria looks similar to the LandRover. Tata doing a Fiat here? I heard that fiat uses common parts across Ferrari and the other brands it owns.

Echoing all other posters on this thread, the Vista S looks absolutely smashing!

I truly hope this car gets to the showrooms, with more powerful engines (maybe Safire and Quadrajet 90 bhp's?)

Tata seem to be a complete vehicle manufacturer from the diminutive Nano to the huge Prima trucks. Really making the Indian vehicle design and development stand out!

This is a car that Tata should launch for many reasons. It would serve to boost the image of the Vista and appeal to a more younger buyer.

But most importantly, the Vista S could help get rid of the 'Indicab' tag once and for all. Look what the Fiesta S did for Ford!
Looks FANTASTIC!
Seems to be inspired by a Ford afterall.

Tata Xenon XT, Model year 2010

Quote:
The Model Year 2010 Tata Xenon XT (Cross Terrain) is now BS IV compliant. The lifestyle 4-door, 5-seater pick-up combines stylish on-road presence, now even more accentuated with a chrome plated grill and silver roof rails. The interiors now sport a new beige colour scheme with matching upholstery complemented by new faux wood on the centre and floor console. A new CD/MP3 music system makes the comfortable interiors, accommodating five passengers in two rows, even more enjoyable. ABS and wider 235/R16 tyres sitting on stylish new alloy wheels complement the power and off-roading capability of the vehicle coming from a 2.2 VTT DICOR engine, a 4x4 option with an electrical shift-on-the-fly mechanism and a limited slip differential.
Does any body have pictures of the new Xenon XT 2010 model. Interiors ?
Addition of ABS and bigger tires with better alloys is a welcome sign. :-)

@Nitrous

Did you mean that Vista S is inspired by the Ford shown in those pictures ?

I don't see any resemblance there except for the wheel arches.

The Ventura looks like a neat vehicle. Does anyone have the interior pictures of Ventura?

The Prima trucks are cool. Could any one tell me what does 'L' signify in the gear nob?

The Vista S looks hot. Any changes to the interiors? pics please

Nitrous, that is precisely what i thought, the moment i saw the new Vista S. i thought it was a great imitation of the Focus. But then again, no faulting TATA here, they really have done a great job on the car.

the imitation is afterall the best tribute to a great car huh!

As mentioend by many the VISTA S is an absolute stunner... Cant believe my eyes on seeing such a macho looking vehicles coming out of Tata. Would be interested to see the specs. Given a good engine that it has, it sure going to be flying off the shelf.
I am particularly interested even on the Xenon, I would expect Tata to come with a cheaper version of the same. It will also fly off the shelf..

Great going Tatas. If these are what you will be offering, I can bet dont bother about the pricing the looks are priceless

Can we get the truck in red color

The Vista looks great. Hope they get it ready sometime this year. It can be the hottest option from Tata for the booming hatch segment.
