Hey guys,

I got a call today from a Gurgaon number and was told the following :

1. Venue at BKC, Mumbai
2. Have to be there at 8am
3. Goodies like free movie tickets, 10 litres fuel and participation certificate to each participant. No mention of any t-shirt though.
4. Welcome kit will be sent to my place in 2 days time. They took my name and address for the same.

Hey guys,

Since Maruti is planning on attempting/setting/breaking a record for the largest car parade, I wanted to know what would be the number to beat to enter the Guinness Book of World Records so I 'Googled' to find out the same. Apparently 'Ford' set the record for the largest car parade in South Africa on 27th February 2010 with a parade of 586 Ford cars!!! Here's the link for the same

even i got the confirmation call from maruti gurgaon yesterday. and an e mail with the invitation. guess they should send the care package home today, how many members participating from delhi? would love to bump into some t-bhp'ians.

I just registered on their website and it said that their executive would get in touch with me. Any idea on the turn around time, it seems from the thread that it has taken more than 2-3 days for some.

Turnaround time is about 2 days, cause i got the call two days after registering. but i think they would have improved the turnaround time as the event is just 2 days away. hope they get in touch with you real quick.

I think the welcome kit would have nothing but the hard copies of the two attachments. Anyways.. i am still waiting for mine.
