I think they went overboard with the size of headlamps . The concept car looked better. Still , if priced well, it has the value for money quotient.

Chevy seems to have ditched its Daewoo hangover with its new generation of designs. The Aveo hatch seems to be a mix and match though. The front looks aggressive, with Mustang-like headlamps and a Mitsubishi Lancer face. The rear end is too tame for such a beast like snout of the Aveo.

Horrible rears on both. I like the front if they can actually retain the headlamp look.

When do we expect these to hit Indian shores?

somehow , i am just in love with the double barrel headlamps and cruze front.
on the backside , those rounded lights looks cool. Old Retro style..

Between , looks like GM has taken the design cues from Beat as well , check out the rear door handles , they are just copy paste from Beat

The Chevy Aveo (code T 300) is being launched on the 7th October in Korea.

IMO - the hatch looks better than the sedan.

Re: T300 Aveo UVA and Sedan official design patents

Zigwheels seems to have grabbed the first look of the new aveo uva being tested.

Now the current Aveo U-VA has been around for quite some time now and has gotten pretty long in the tooth. Not to mention with some pretty good competition out there the U-VA was pretty much struggling. With the new car however, GM wants to change those things. GM hasn't gone all out as far as the design goes and the new car is anything but radical especially when you compare it to the snazzy Beat.
