@ Rehan - You are spot on with the actual height of both the old and new Cayenne Turbo. And as pointed out, it indeed is longer, wider and higher than the old version. Its just the design of the new vehicle which just shrinks to our eyes.
Good review.

I dont hate Jeremy, but the comments he makes when it comes to Porsche, in good humour.
Would some one know if he has just bought a New GT3 for himself?

I saw it parked outside the showroom yesterday, black one. It certainly did look a lot better in flesh.

I think it is wrong to say it was not a looker - definetely a looker, but whether a 'good-looker' or a 'bad-looker' was the point. I hated the looks but I loved it because I hated it It was such an extreme and there was no other vehicle like this on our roads

Unfortunately am not the target customer and am not going to be in this birth, Sigh!!

Thanks Rehaan.

Can you shed some more light onto this "multi-zone" climate control? Fan settings I can understand, but can you control the temperature too? If yes, how is that done?

Many didn't like the looks of the Cayenne when it was launched, saying that it had the front end of a Porsche but the rear and the raised stance messed it up. I was one of them.

With time, the looks grew on me, and it became one of my favourite SUVs in terms of looks. It was subtle and not overtly macho.

Perhaps this one will do the same. I am skeptical about the rear end, though, but like the Audi Q5, I might like this after a while.

It's a luxury SUV and designed like one. It may be capable off-road, but it doesn't seem to be designed for that environment. No problem for Indian buyers I guess.
