Xinome, try PMing all the members in your area and get them along. Add artofzen to that list too. Will be putting up the prices in a day or two.

Karthik, we are trying to plan it in such a way that it doesn't clash with other national events.

Speed, dates will be out shortly.

Yes akbaree, the cars will be available for hire. I am working out the number of cars and also the pricing for the whole event. Since this is the first time general public is being allowed to rent out the Kari for cars its getting a bit complicated as even the track authorities haven't done such a thing before.
Setting up rules, prices etc.

Dates are being worked out on the basis so that it does not clash with any other event running in the country. I shall put up the dates shortly. Kindly be patient.

Raaj, whichever weekend we choose I will put up a poll for either Saturday or Sunday. Based on this, I shall also arrange for some acco for all.

also hows the drive to coimbatore - how are the roads and how much time does it take assuming i don't plan to hit 230kmph

Hey Guys..

Interesting to know that KMS is being opened up for us TBHPIANS..

Supposedly a much faster track than MMSC and the setup is to be more on handling. Fast accelarating cars will do better times..I'd imagine.
