Event is on, provided we are able to churn up good numbers. Because unlike Chennai an arrive and drive will not be possible. We have to rent the track out for the whole day. And it will be around 30-35k. So can I have some numbers please? Or we will have to postpone the event until such a time that we have more numbers. If we have 15-20 confirmed cars we are good to go the 4th weekend.

Tentative confirmations.

2. Charan - W123.
3. Ajmat - Vtec.
4. Vikram - swift.
5. Karthik - esteem.
6. Rayz - zen.
7. ROC - cedia.
8. vis-racing - zen.
9. jassi- santro.
10. raajks - palio.
11. tadu- elantra.
12. Anush - esteem.
13. bottle- palio.
14. self- baleno.

Can we have all of the above people confirm for the 4th weekend? Any additions kindly post at the earliest.

Sri Ram, I didn't know that you were coming with something interesting. And I didn't mean to leave you out. Sorry, looking forward to seeing you on track.

Infact, I think we should go ahead if we get 15 cars. We will also have a fun drag event too. All those who think corners are not for them are kindly requested to make it for the drag event.

Nitrous, MMST also costs 2,000 for a day per car. We are lucky that CBE is being opened for us. Look at the positives.

Rahul, i hope this event wont clash with the drag in chennai on 23'rd
which is two weeks from now.. And in case u organize one on 30'th being the last week end. all we get is just 1 week to prepare for Ur race.

Financially Ur looking at very lean participation, at least from my end.

Please try to work out the drag dates so we get a fair chance to participate in both of them drags.

other than the week on week seen, u can count me in 100%

Say if it were to cost us 35k for a day and we get 10 confirmations. How would you split it up? I would love to give students a discount. Unfortunately, I think the rest will object. Specially since they will have to shell out more.

I still don't see any confirmations here. The more the number lesser of a burden for each of us. Thats the mantra.

Akku baba, I am still a student. If the thing doesn't work out I may even sit out of this event or just drive a session of the single seaters. Since this event is not on a large scale (unlike official track days) there is nothing much we can do.

I suggest you come up with an idea how to split the costs. Per person, per car or let 4 people share the same car for a slightly higher price. Right now my head is not working.

One of my friend also is intrested to join the track day but he is not a bhpn! is that ok ? can he come? if yes make it a double entry.
