You will have to be present for the pre race drivers briefing and on the day of your event.

im sorry but the formalities and briefing is for you guys..not for us..we already know whats going on.
it is a mandatory meeting

some very impressive inquiries have come in from bangalore and Race dynamics from bangalore is also participating in this event.

looking forward to seeing you guys on track, need to get the fmsci license and insurance sorted asap. guys who are taking part and have already done the registration can you please guide me to an insurance agent for the personal and car rally insurance.

1 guys we have acquired event insurance..rallicover preferred but not mandatory
2 fmsci has changed their charges..please look out for updated prices for 2011..if u have already filled forms donot worry u can pay the balance to iarc
3 anybody who wants vip passes will be sold only 3-4 days prior to the event
4 please fill forms soon..we have limited entries only
5 please read the updated tec reg and the sr with the new categories for diesel

drag license from fmsci is now 600/-

venue for meeting is now KC college NOT LALA

Legend Riders will be a part of this event and have promised us to extend their support for all our events

So just want to confirm that the rally insurance for our cars / bikes is no longer compulsory althought its better if we have it, but the personal accident insurance still stays right ?

Personal accident insurance might be tricky since such policies have exclusions for events like these. And coverage might be denied based on "pacemaking".

Guys entries open till last day. No late fees. We have spoken to IARC and made them waive off those charges.

All you need is a basic insurance and car papers, rest the event is insured from our end.
