Yes Steffan did not hit anything on the road, the road was flat and the only reson the car first went airbourne is at 200mph when the car went into a dip in the road it took off and went into the verge and only managed to stop when it hit the pole which split the car in 2 at the point of impact.

I think he was just plain lucky not to topple the car. He must have lost control, hit the pole sideways (engine section), that got torn off and the front section went sliding.

Had the car hit the pole head on or near the door area, things would have been a lot diff.

I think Ferrari sold Enzos to people with a big bank balance and no driving skills.

Very soon, most Enzos will end up in the dump.

At the claimed speeds of over 320 on public roads .... it sometimes become difficult for a skilled driver to handle such events.

Shan2nu: Not true man. Fast cars are meant to be driven fast, which is why they are at more risk.

It seems that the car Crash don't mean too much to him it is reported to be stolen in uk and illegally imported to US.

http://www.wreckedexotics.com/special/enzo/

The crash did open a can of worms for the driver.
