Apparently, the FIA doesn't seem to have a problem with his style of racing. If he is indeed that dangerous, the FIA isn't taking any action except just docking his points. They've never said anything. If the other drivers find him that dangerous, why don't they appeal for a ban on him?

As far as I can see, he lost the championship by just one point in his first season and is leading the Championship his year. Take the aggression out of Hamilton and all you'll lose is a future F1 great. Infact, Kimi Raikkonen could learn a lesson or two about aggressive driving from Hamilton. Of late he's only crashing out whenever he's tried to be aggressive.

As far as team Ferrari are concerned, despite being 20 points off, Kimi still wants to have a go at the championship and not be No. 2 to Massa.

As Massa has a best chance, Ferrari should support Massa's challange.
There is nothing outrightly wrong in Kimi trying to be champion, but at some stage Team is bigger than himself. IMHO he should be supporting Massa's challange now.

& his competitive spirit displaaying comments on racing for all or nothing @ spa... sounds good, but there is something called constructors standings also. did he forget that?

Well I believe the stewards or any body in the FIA wont take any action right now but these things will show or turn up sometime in the situation where in they will just wont show any courtesy and that time the decision will be really harsh!
I am pretty sure the hearing on 22nd Sept will not be in favor of him.
I think you can be aggressive in making the move while overtaking but not push off fellow drivers !! On day he will see his fate if there is a major accident or something like that happens (then for what do we have the driver's code of conduct and things like that)
I am completely against such a badly behaved driver for a team like Mclaren.
Ron Dennis is a perfectionist he doesn't brag about things, looks like Hamilton is speaking what the entire team had spoken all these years:D

I was so happy to see Vettel up there on the podium - a cheerful, young, articulate & extremely popular guy, he deserved the win. That guy has talent & will definitely go places clap:

Won't be long before he gets a taste of his own medicine. Makes for exciting racing though. Without the overtaking F1 had become a bit sedate of late. Maybe, just maybe Hamilton has started a new trend.

I think Hamiltons drive in the italian Gp was absolutely awesome. Being Aggressive like that is good. An F1 driver needs to have that kind of Agression.

Yes Hamilton would have won the race if it did still rain. He was storming past traffic when the track was wet. Came 1.5sec behind vettel also. Just goes to show the sheer pace of a driver like him.

You'll are calling him aggressive. Have most of you ferrari fans forgotten Schumi's Dare devil stunts and aggressive drives???? NOw how was that ok.
I dont think Hamiltons even 1/2 as aggressive as schumi was.

Though I was never fan of Hamilton (of course, I didn't dislike him like Alonso either), his drive yesterday was nothing short of "Amazing".

It was looking as if a high power sports cars making its way through "run-of-the-mill" passenger cars. Simply brilliant! Had it not been his second pit-stop, he would have finished 3-4 places higher in the order. At a point, he was lapping 2 seconds faster than anyone else on the circuit. This is what makes F1 exciting. His overtaking of Kimi, Alonso, Glock and others just within few laps was simply awesome. Though I felt bad, he did make Kimi look quite ordinary.

BTW, Vettel has been brilliant whole season and looks like he is championship material if he lands up in any of big 3 teams.

VETTEL- we surely need to congratulate him for driving an absolute amazing race with cool head over his shoulder. It was picture perfect.

Schumi was like that ! but Hamilton dont necessarily have to behave like him and more over how could pushing one off the track be justified ?
I suspect the penalty in Belgian GP changed the Hamiton's character all together and this is not good for a world championship material.

So did Mark Webber - he caught up with Hamilton just as Hamilton caught up with the pack ahead of him (Alonso, Hiedfeld, Massa) lapping 2 secs per lap quicker.

Everyone including Glock made Kimi look ordinary yesterday. IMHO if he were still in McLaren, the silver arrows would also have been 'unreliable' DNFs most of the time - now its Ferrari's turn.

Kimi makes Massa look brilliant. They should let Alonso and his Big Fat Head drive the red car.

Most likely that is the case. However, this guy has talent, just like Alonso. I don't like Alonso a bit, but he is an exceptional driver. Alonso in red vs. Hamilton in silver would be most exciting dual to watch for. I was hoping that Kimi would do that, but he is not going anywhere at the moment, except exhibiting flashes of genius. (BTW, Massa wasn't exactly Mr. Nice Guy in yesterday's race, which he normally is. Good for him!)
