I dont think you can make duplicate keys from the normal key maker. the manufacturer will himself make duplicate keys for you if needed.
The engine immobilizer is not the same as the additional security system. Autocop mainly manufactures external locks such as gear locks and steering locks etc. and central locking systems etc. I dont know whether it manufactures immobilizers.

@Aviorp - Interiors look decent and the speedo looks great at night. get the carpet type floor mats installed if possible

Re: Powered my mHawk, driven by me!

Thanks DMehta. Yet to make some cosmetic changes like seat covers and floor mats. Sure, will keep that in mind about the carpet type mats.

Just a clarification : the immobilizer thing is something that I thought was inside the glove box, where the pin number is changed (not sure what it is called) and I guess it does not require to have the keys changed. Is that right?

Aaah those interiors look classy in black when compared to the face-lifted 2.2's(SLE) drab beige colored interiors.

The gear knob takes the cake when it comes to the 'revamped' interiors of the *mighty muscular* scorp

Aviorp welcome to T-bhp and congrats on buying a beautiful BEAST. I wish you enjoy every driving moment.
How is the AC power to the Third row seats, Iam sure First row and second will have no issues. Is it taking time to cool the third row ?

Re: Powered by mHawk, driven by me! The Mahindra Scorpio

Congrats Aviorp! Indeed Scorpio is great SUV to drive around especially in the bumper to bumper traffic.

Is the speaker mounted in the rear door? Because i've seen in most of the Scorpio the speakers are mounted in the rear door why not underneath the seat is there any fitting problem anyone aware of?

Thank you Bhargava_sr. There are a couple of A/C vents for the 3rd row as well, so when the AC is set to 'low' and the blower speed at 1 or 2, it takes few seconds to cool, against the 'Hi' speed.

Thanks gibson. Yes, two speakers are mounted to the rear door, which were company fitted, however the quality of sound was very poor. So, I changed both the HU and the speakers. I was not comfortable with the guy installing those speakers on the rear door and him ripping it off, so installed them on a box. The pic below should give you a clear idea.

I have tucked those wires under the mat and also installed those two way sticker types (not sure what its called), so the speakers dont move.
