Adya33 what do you wish to prove. Dont spoil the thread PM me and we can take the fight over there. Pics can be posted if they are resized to that size. You will understand the pain if you post loads of pics by resizing, removing the number plates, adding copyright and then posting so dont spoil the party..

EDIT : The tyres of the RS are from the same place where the F1 tyres are lying.

Mods for my Octavia RS

Hey Guys.

No Wait. Dont jump to conclusions. It hasn't started yet.

But this just might be the start to mods to my Laal Pari ( Skoda Octavia vRs)

I need suggestions.

Just want to keep the mods limited to stage 1 as of now. ( Budget constraints plus step by step upgrades)

I'm Currently in UK. Need to know what all do i need for stage 1 upgrade and What all of that is better bought from UK. I have time till Sunday to order the stuff as i'm keeping atleast 2 weeks as the total delivery time to be on the safe side.

Also, help me out with something which can look good on the externals.
A Few Photoshops ( CF Diffusers, CF mirror covers and maybe something else ; no body kits please)

Thanks a lot in advance.

What is the budget?
How about FFE, CAI, maybe even a remap will do wonders to the vRS.

I'm not too keen on changing the Exhaust due to the design. however if there's a good design or something which is really good, i would definitely look into it.

What all CAI brands to look for. Also I'm not too much intersted into custom made FFE. A Full exhaust system is what would be better.

Also what BOV can i go for? any links?

Forge is your best bet. You cannot install some BOVs due to the venting system. As far as airfilters go, look for either a K&N stock replacement/drop in, or look for a cold air kit. This is the 1.8T engine, and is very popular in the UK. It also comes on the Golf, Seat Ibiza, and some other cars.

I personally feel you should add nothing to the exterior of the Car, it looks HOT Stock only. All mods should be under the hood only.

CAI as rightly mentioned by Smokin go for the Carbonio Intake system. If I were you my mods would be Intake+Cat Back+Remap.

Waiting to see what all mods you decide upon. MOD it well.

@ abhinav : check out briskoda and dealer section...
i call them up - they are a helpful lot.
on another note - be ready to travel and pick up from store.. which is the best option so locate the store/dealer closest to you geographically.
