carb vs. mpfi intakes

Hey guys, I know K&Ns have been discussed on the forum extensively, but I did want to add one point for PDev if he's not figured it out already.....

@PDev29, do you have a carbureted M800? Or is it an MPFI (uhhh....is there such a thing? I'm not familiar with the new 800s).

Anyways, for carb'ed engines, you will need the round, monstrous-looking K&N filter to put on the carb. For MPFI/SEFI engines,a conical filter WITH a custom intake pipe is the best way to go.......

see u on another thread!

Hi aZa,
I got these filters for my palio. Seeing ur snaps now i'm thinking of putting it on my santro too. What would it cost me for the filters and the induction pipe like the one you have it here?

Dont have the phone numbers but its behind WOODLANDS factory outlet, while coming from Rajnigandha chowk towards Indian Oil building this would be on your RIGHT, after crossing McD's/Savoy Suites. Raj kapoor is the owner and the guy to talk to.
