Looks like Amazon India has also started selling these tapes:

Snapdeal also has them, but the minimum length there is 10 feet, whereas on Amazon it's 2 feet.

Its available dime a dozen in Masjid Bunder for about 50 Rs for Chinese ones. 3M or polytec is available for 70 near Lohar Chawl.

A transperent multicolor (tritone) one is available for 95.

Hope that helps for Mumbai members.

I recently bought some of these tapes in various colors from eBay. The brand is tuf-kote and is of appreciable quality. They are of the same honeycomb structure as 3M.
