^^
The part number you saw for your WagonR is absolutely right.
For Ignis and Baleno it is 38320M68P00
Celerio Zxi 38340M76M00
SCross/Brezza 38340M65M20
Swift zxi 2005 to 2017 38340M75J10
My car washer ruined the left side wiper on my new BMW 5 series (G30) while cleaning the car. Any idea where I can get a replacement other than the dealer.

Hard to find good quality ones in the market for most german cars. You might have to succumb to the dealer, especially because the monsoons are on and you can't risk wasting weeks to source one.
I drive 2014 Ford Ecosport. Wiper sizes for my car are 22 16 11. The 22 & 16 are pretty easy to get but 11 rear wiper is hard to come by in aftermarket. Luckily i can up size the rear blade to 12 without any issue and it's a more popular size.
Most auto parts store near my place stock the cheaper and more popular frame type wipers. But this time i wanted to try out the frameless option. Two popular brands in this segment are Bosch ClearAdvantage & Hella Curvo. The latter is a more expensive proposition. 3M also got in the game but i have horrid experience with their service recently, so didnt even consider them. I found only SparesNCare having all my sizes in stock. However they were charging MRP + Shipping charges which is just ridiculous ! However i went ahead and ordered 22 16 CA and 12 Curvo from them. From there all the problem started :Frustrati
Even after successful payment order status showed as cancelled. I had to actively follow up with customer care and place the order. Then they were not shipping the items even after 10 days and on 14th day they refunded the money saying they are having old stock ! Luckily the 22 & 16 CA were available on Amazon (Cloudtail) and i ordered them in a jiffy. 11 & 12 sizes were not there from any reputed brands so i took the plunge and bought a unknown brand (Autofy).
Total Cost : 350 + 250 + 150 = 750
Bosch Clear Advantage
Latest Stock. Other one is April 2018
22 16 12 :)
Was confused with the mechanism but finally figured it out

Well they definitely look more neat than their frame type sibling. I am yet to test their performance, waiting for the next splash of rains :D

Keep an eye on rear wiper & how it wipes after some months. I haven't had good experience with oversized rear wiper, wipe pattern used to be jittery.

Not sure if it would rain heavily again this year in Pune.

I think the TUV300 sports 11 inch blades. You could check if equivalent 11 inch frameless blades are available.

Well thankfully i got some rain while returning from Lonavla to Pune this Saturday :D Wipe of front Bosch is great, but i don't know if they are better than frame type ones as i am used to the old wiper whose performance deteriorated a lot before getting the new, so can be placebo effect. The rear autofy unit is not that flexible and i had to press it against the glass to get curvature right, something which i didnt do for Bosch. Wipe pattern is okay so far, as you can see from the pic the rear glass have a black strip and it wipes over it.

I can get OEM 11 blades from Ford itself as new Ecosport has frame less rear wiper. However i was looking for aftermarket options from reputed brands like Bosch & Hella. None have 11, Hella has 12 but very hard to come by.

Right side wiper blade of my Spark had got brittle and needed replaced.Purchased Bosch make wiper set from Amazon.in.I did a small DIY job taking pictorial guidance from Amazon(there are helpful guides there for other car parts DIY also)

Hey Guys,
I have a query with respect to the wiper blades on my 2015 Punto Evo. Is it possible to change the all the three wiper arm assembly? Procuring the wipers for the punto is a very expensive task. I changed my wipers 6 months back with some aftermarket ones but not at all satisfied with them.
The OEM blades are for Rs 2400 ( front two and rear one ).
Can anyone help or suggest an alternative?
Thanks

Ordered a set of Bosch Eco wipers. Have been using them for sometime now. The problems have been resolved and were light on pocket as well. |
Can you share the size of these wipers as my words too are streaking. I am finding it difficult to find the right size of Bosch eco wipers for my grand i10.
Hey guys.. I have misplaced my car's manual. It's a 2008 Swift Vxi. I think the wiper sizes are 21 and 16 for the front. Can anyone provide the correct numbers please. Also is Bosch clear advantage a good choice for this car? Thanks.

Thanks for your post.
I went ahead and ordered all 3 wiper blades for my car - Hella conventional ones. Paid 554 INR for all three of them, including shipping.
I haven't got a chance to put them to test yet. But a quick initial observation was that these conventional wipers are lighter than the Minda frameless wipers that I had earlier. The heavy wipers seemed to put extra load on the wipers arms (maybe, and the motor too). While the frameless looked cool, the conventional ones are a better choice for me. |
After using the wipers for 3 months and close to 4k kms, I am not happy with these wipers. While they do a good job of cleaning the glass, I can see a 'scrub' mark on the screen, along the edges where the wipers were running.
The rear wiper for my WagonR is kind of integrated in the arm and a normal wiper wouldn't fit in there. I realized it much later when I wanted to install the third price of the above set. The old one is 3 years old now and still doing a decent job during my last long trip. Since this monsoon is over, I will change the set next year with an OEM set.
What is the stock front wiper size for a 2010 Scorpio - is it 19 or 20 inches?
Today I recruited myself to the mission of finding the cheapest wiper blades that I could find in the market for my Dzire :D .
Found a set of 22"-15" Power X wiper blades at the shop, the shopkeeper asked for Rs.250/- but finally gave it for Rs.200/-.
I must they really are cheap! The frame is very thin but feels sturdy to be honest. The old Syndicate wiper blades were much beefier with thicker metal and heavier build.
But, these do the job of wiping the windscreen pretty well! Gave the windshield a very clean swipe. Let's see how long they last.
