Though i cant make out clearly from the pics , im assuming the car has got an AC condensor right now ?? Or is there sufficient place to install everything without having to sacrifice on anything ??

One question. The intercooler is blocking at least half of the fan. Does this create any long term damages to the engine.

Best regards

i m using OWS performance oil which specially made for turbo cars and coolent from Accord so i m not getting any prob with TEMP. rise in engine.

AND AND
I have turbotimer which effectively cools engine by running engine on or fans on for 1 to 3 mins

i have cleared everything behind Front bumper and modified it to fit with front projecting grill for 400x300 size PWR intercooler out side of chesis and engine bay

removed only stock airfilter box
intercooler is behind front bumper and pipes are lowered as per chasis
Everything fits best in baleno..lot of space out there

Nice ride Neo - congrats.

From the first few pics i noticed you have gauges installed on the "A" Pillar. Can you tell me what gauges - as in not the make but the function you have.

A common mistake poeple make is to take a reference of engine temperature from the on board temp gauge found in the instrument cluster. Once again I would like to remind all that this temp gauge only indicates the temperature of the water being circulated in the engine and not the engine temperature itself.

In order to determine the temperature of the engine, you will have to install a gauge known as the EGT gauge (Exhaust gas temperature). This is usually an electronic gauge, and the probe will have to be fixed on the headers - very similar to how an O2 sensor is fixed and as close to the exhaust manifold.

Just as a reference - Your engine components will melt at 900 degrees centigrade. With an aftermarket turbo fitting one of these becomes even more important.

Our installers think that turbos are plug and play toys - Us customers end up paying huge bills. It is always better to research a subject before you take the plunge. I mean no disrespect and I am defineately not questioning the competancy of your installer. i am informing you of what you need to know so that you can enjoy your car for a long time to come.

And for anyone who has any doubts - YES I HAVE TURBO CHARGED MY CARS AND I DEFINEATELY KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE USED. FEEL FREE TO QUESTION ME ANYTIME.

Please click on the link elow to see what an EGT looks like : -

PS. - Also noticed that you have a narrow band AFR gauge. Sincerely recomend that you get a wide band AFR. Dynojet makes very good ones and it costs about USD 600.00 for the entrie pakage. You are welcome to PM me for any questions you might have. the subject is quite lengthy and detailed and it best to mail me.

I must admit thats one super sweet ride u got there neo .. I assume the car must be putting out anywhere between 110-120 bhp ?? Upgrading to better injectors will allow u to go to 8psi with the stock internals along with a Stand alone .. Btw , has any work been done on the head ?? Or is it stock ?? What sort of compression are u running ?? Whats the range of plugs ur using right now ?? What cam are u using right now ?? Am assuming its the stock ?? At what rpms does the TC kick in ?? Pardon me for the number of questions .. Eager to know as im planning just about the same barring the finances fall into place soon ..
