1. FUEL PRESSURE
2. EXHAUST TEMPERATURE
3. INTAKE MANIFOLD PRESSURE

Are these gauges plug and play, or do I need to spend on lot of other factors to make these category gauges to work on the car?

You have to get the Defi controller to which you can attach all gauges, I think upto 6..?..The gauges all daisy chain together so only 1 wire passes from one to the other. They will work on a Lancer.

Not at all pleasure.
The gauge would come with the sensors that connect to the controller. Manifold pressure is a vaccum bleed and i suppose for EGT, a tap may be required. I don't have one so I can't be 100% sure. Again, karan would know for sure.

Is it possible to fix the Air Fuel gauges on the Lancer? Also what about exhaust temperature and oil gauges for the Lancer?

Other gauges in action: YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

Also I need to know if the Shift lights work for Indian cars?

Yep, they do. I have an AutoGuage Tach (3 & 3/4") with integrated shift light in my Palio. You can configure the shift light to kick in at any RPM you want. When you hit that RPM, the shift light lights up.
