I think it is a vehicle owned by a driving school.

Nice find, john. Between, that was a 800, right?!
What are all those gauges for? At first glance they 'looked' like clocks to me

The last one on the right looks like a clock. the others would be

1. Blood glucose level monitor
2. Blood Pressure monitor
3. Pulse Rate monitor
4. Blood Alcohol level monitor.

You are right, all these gauges belong to the ambys of yesteryears. But where do those RVMs come from ?

look for the extended rod. maybe he will connect it to truck to save fuel or to refuel. like we do in aeroplanes... hahaha
