Ofcourse its a quality mod but it kills the character of civic rather than adding anything to it. Mods are about altering the look of the car but then they can make a car look more handsome or it can make it look wacky and this civic belongs to the latter category.

If altering the looks of the car is really 'modding' a car, then why not use a bug deflector as a rear spoiler (we've seen it on this thread)? It more than alters look of the car.

Regards.

Hi YC.BALENO.CHD, the thread is about wacky mods. All I wanted to say is it is a neat job that blends with the bodyline and does not look forced upon the poor Civic.
Also if the owner does not like it, he can always revert to to the original looks as this seems to be a plain bolt on bumper change.
Wacky also comes in degrees, and of course in different tastes, so - To each his own.
Brgds

Would anyone please clarify what this jungle-gym-on-wheels is doing on the roads of Delhi?

Emmm... Is that a part of some new wide body kit? Or are those steel ladders for bashing up poor souls on two or no wheels?
Endless possibilities.

@Captain
Yeah, the job is neat for sure and probably good quality too. And yes if the owner thinks his civic has got more than a hint of R8 to boast off, and is happy with it, what can us poor bhpians do?

Regards.

Haha, That is a really good catch SS, I've seen some vehicles with ladders(always at the rear) to reach the top storage rails, But here, there is a ladder, but no storage rails. So, where exactly does the guy want to go climbing the ladder ?

I doubt it for shooting purposes on likewise stuffs. Climbing on that ladder will seriously damage the hinges of the door. I hope I am right.
