Its been over a month and no findings on this. I am assuming most xuv 700 owners are not using roof top carriers , otherwise a thread unanswered at Team BHP ??

Just FYI for everyone - The Mahindra official accessory for mounting boxes, the cross bars are now discontinued. No dealer is able to order them :( They used to fit snug and works with pentair too.

These guys AWAY INDIA make custom clamps which fit in the existing mounting points of xuv 700 to install the cross bars.

TL;DR - noisy ride. Install them only if you are seriously in need for additional space to carry luggage!
