For Alto get seat coves, mud flaps, floor carpets, 3m tints.

For details about ice, check ice forum. Many of us will not suggest you sony speakers so get better speakers.

regarding the ICE setup, go for a POLK head unit, JBL GTO 520 watt 4channel amplifier, jbl 10" sub woofer or blaupunkt basstube or SONY xplod subwoofer(if you want it cheaper) and make sure u get jbl or pioneer speakers for front and rear..

Guys I'm a li'll confused..I need to know if an amplifier is a must or not?I mean if it possible that I cud do without it for the time being...and having said that I'm not looking for a out of world ICE setup hence considering the size and class of my car wat are the reviews on the Sony Xplod GT460 US head unit(u can attach usb thumb drives to it)?
Another thing is that for Central locking...which wud be the best buy?Maruti suggests Nippon which is MGA and after market fitters suggest Autocop or Pricol....I'm interested to know wat the experts here think?

Dont go for Sony speakers and head unit. get a pionner single mp3 cd player and pioneer or jbl speakers. you will not get speakers for 2800 but if you have budget limitations than right now get only front speakers and rear when you spare more cash. But do not go for Sony. or else listen pioneer and jbls.

hey sabre, you better go for the rear speakers first and that SONY GT460 you mentioned is crappy, one of my friends has it in his ride, the onle advantage is the USB, nothing more...the sound quality is yuck...better go for polk or pioneer or blaupunkt..regarding the central locking - i would recommed pricol...

Have been using Pricol (Xenos) for a few months now. Its good, but the range of the remote sucks.. does not compare to the minda that I had earlier..

Get better speakers. I think an amp is overkill for the speakers you have chosen. You can power them up from the HU itself.
