Seats get dirty a lot and in very short period if not looked after properly. From my experience, if you can take care of your interiors as much as your own tie (yes the one which hangs down your throat), then get good leather seats and make a good combination of Black/Silver/Red/Camel brown. Black and silver in some designs look great.
If You're not much careful type of your tie and car interiors, then go for Gsport or some other art leather/PU seat covers. Colour choices as above but silver may not be possible with these (some negotiation will do it). Blue and grey will look good too.

I guess it will be great if some of you could post pics of the seats on your ride.
I am kinda not ale to imagine the way such seats would look...
