Apollo Acelere costs Rs. 5000/- per tyre (inclusive of Wheel balancing and Fitting). purchased it from Sai Iyengar's - Lalbagh Road.

with 225/60/15 on OE alloys, don't the tyres bulge out?

I would have thought 225's are too wide for the 6" OE wheels!

Ideally 225's should go on a 6.5J, but still acceptable on 6J, because of the 60 profile, and the relatively higher pressures we keep in MUV's

I agree BikerSG even I am in same delimma but 6" width Alloys on 225 is just fine, When I checked in many website 6.5" is ideal for 225/60 R15 but 6" will do as well.

6" Alloy/RIM is right size for 205/65 R15 however this tyre will do on 6.5"Alloy as well.

Regards,

Ravi.

Thats nice to know If we are within that limit no porblem like 6" to 7". Because I used wider alloys on my swift and GC was same as before.

these are very good tyres for ride quality and grip. A person in my building has fitted them on a merc and finds them good.
