IIRC, 4G15 didn't come with a TC from the factory ever.
But,if he's done a swap, it might be the 4g93T which is 1.8 mitsu engine with a factory fitted TC. I've seen a blue MH one which had a badly designed intercooler mounts.

Are you sure the 4G93T is a good fit for the lancer ??

Moreover, Diesel engines are treasured in the used engine business. So, u'll get a good deal on it unless the buyer sees ur odo.
I think the odo will be showing 35,000 km. I think the buyer might be taking it for granted it to be 1,35,000km since its 8 years old!!!

or amey would like to be bluffmaster and say its just 35,000km

At this point of time, i am more concerned about sourcing the engine, disposing this engine can be dealt with later. Also the Odo reads 2,35,000 Kms and not 35,000 Kms

sorry, did knew the lancer had a 6-digit odo. My indica comes with a 5-digit odo.

As for the engine, you may try for a 2.0L or more Nissan / Toyota deisel engine. My cousin got his padimini engine swap with a 2.1L used Nissan Diesel Engine for 35k. It had awsome torque, could pull the car from around 10kmph in third gear. He claims, he gets around 20 kmpl on the highway, this was confirmed by my dad, as we had this car for few days with us.

I should think the Swift turbo or the 1N turbo would be ideal. You'll need a better FIP though. Can be done.

You talking of TC'ing the current diesel unit ? If that can be done then nothing like it
Pardon my noobish questions but, 1N turbo and FIP ?

" Can be done" ---> makes me feel very very happy !
